That picture was taken in Lewiston, ID and I believe the sculpture is titled Tsceminicum “meeting of the waters”.
The sculptor is N.N. Dreher. First sculpted in 1978-9, it was remodeled and cast in 2004. I hope this information is helpful. Kathy Pierson
